IMPORTANT:

- All prices are excluding postage. Postage rate may differ from normal published rate, depending on the final weight of the parcel.
- For special order, any deposit paid will be forfeited upon cancellation from customer's side.
- By submitting the order form, you have been agreed to all T&C applied.
HOW TO ORDER:
- Fill up the order form and wait for the confirmation email on the stock status before proceed with the payment. Please be informed that account number will only be provided along with the invoice issued.
- Invoice issued are valid for 3 working days ONLY. Your reservation / order will be cancelled immediately and you will be marked as BACKOUT BUYER if you are not responding to my email or payment is still not made after TWO reminders.
- Payment must be made to my CIMB / MAYBANK account after invoice has been mailed. Your order is confirmed only after the payment is cleared. Kindly email the transaction details or copy of the payment receipt for verification. Please take note that I will not proceed with your order if I do not receive any payment details/receipt.
- Delivery options available (subject to change):
- Pos Express, only for handmade card (min. of RM3.50)
- Pos Laju, depending on parcel weight (min. of RM6.00)
- Cash on delivery (COD) at Giant Seksyen 13, Shah Alam (highly recommended) @ RM2
- All confirmed orders will be shipped from Shah Alam, Selangor within 3 working days. Please allow 1 - 3 days for the parcel to reach you. The tracking number will be given to you once the order has been shipped. Please note that there will be no shipment on Saturday and Sunday.
- All sales are final. No warranty, refundable, exchangeable and returnable for all items. So kindly READ the description carefully. BUT, I'm open for negotiation and discussion.
- I will not responsible for any losses or damages incurred during shipping and handling.
- COD is available from Mon - Fri (9.00am - 5.30pm) and on 2nd, 4th & 5th Sat (9.00am - 12.30pm). Please state your preferred time and date for COD in the order form. However, the stated date and time is not final. I have the right to change the schedule in accordance to my time availability.
